Following the sadness I felt after watching yesterday’s events in Boston on the news, I felt so scared and sick inside. I kept thinking about the quote from Good Old Mr. Rogers, “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.” I immediately thought of this lovely session with this beautiful newborn and had to work on it. It brought me so much peace and joy that there are still so many wonderful things in this world. Watching the news, it was immediate and evident to see that there were in fact so many helpers. Good people, risking their lives to help those in need. Those people are around us everyday. Baby B’s Dad is one of them. He is a firefighter and protector. I’m so grateful for people like Drew and Tiffany who show that there is so much light and good in the world. This session was so fun to do and be apart of. I love this sweet family and am so grateful I got to be there to capture their little piece of heaven. Pray for Boston.
Twins! Love these little guys. SO handsome and so fun to take pictures of. I really love newborn sessions. Their sweet innocence melts anyone’s heart. Love them.
